On Thursday, October 31, 2019, Marc McAree will be presenting on a panel at the Toronto Construction Association Seminar titled: Environmental Risks in Construction.

The panel will discuss three environmental construction projects as case studies involving contaminated land, hazardous building materials and disposal of excess soil.  As a co-panelist, Marc will add his environmental law analysis and inputs on each of the case studies.
