Bio

Kyle is an associate lawyer with a pragmatic approach and a focus on solutions-oriented advocacy. Kyle supports clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, litigation, and advancing matters that sit at the intersection of environmental and Aboriginal law. 

Kyle draws from background in geography and Aboriginal law to achieve the best outcome for his clients.  Kyle’s experience enables him to review and interpret environmental reports and technical assessments to advise clients and support environmental litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Kyle works with a variety of clients, including corporations, Indigenous communities, insurers, NGOs, real estate developers, and individuals, and has supported clients before a variety of judicial forums including in arbitration and the Ontario Superior Court.

Kyle is dedicated to staying up to date on the latest developments in environmental and Aboriginal law from coast to coast to coast, with an aim to provide his clients with informed advice that reflects the rapidly evolving legal landscape.
