Sydney is passionate about helping people and getting the best outcome possible for clients. With her environmental science background and interest in evolving environmental issues and legislation, Sydney is able to make clients feel comfortable while competently handling a variety of client issues.  

Sydney practices environmental law, Aboriginal law, and natural resources law. Sydney provides strategic advice to a wide range of clients, including national and international corporations, local businesses, natural resource co-management Boards, municipalities, land developers, and individuals.

Sydney assists clients in understanding and achieving compliance with complex federal, provincial, and/or municipal environmental laws. Sydney has experience advocating for clients in environmental civil proceedings, defence of regulatory prosecutions, and appeals of regulatory orders and approvals.

Sydney is passionate about helping people and getting the best outcome possible for clients. Sydney is called to the bar in Ontario, Alberta, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
