Willms & Shier partner Julie Abouchar has co-authored her new book, Ontario Water Law, with Theresa McClenaghan of the Canadian Environmental Law Association.
The book, published by Canada Law Book on December 12, 2014, provides a thorough examination of the current provincial and federal regulatory framework for all aspects of water in Ontario - all of which is annotated with cases from the courts and tribunals along with the prosecution disposition reports. The book provides clear insights that help interpret and apply the legislation and understand the fines and penalties.
