On Wednesday, June 20, 2018, Marc McAree will be speaking at the Advanced Environmental Law Practitioner Roundtable program.  The program is put on by the Ontario Bar Association - Environmental Law Section.

Marc will facilitate discussion about Huang v. Fraser Hillary’s Limited (pending decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal) and Hamilton Beach Brands Canada Inc.’s appeal of a MOECC Director’s s. 18 Order to the Ontario Divisional Court.
