Willms & Shier is delighted to welcome new associates Nicole Petersen and Robert Woon.
Nicole assists First Nations, business and government clients to build agreements and navigate regulatory processes attendant to natural resource projects. Nicole's practice also includes litigation of civil and regulatory environmental claims.
Robert’s practice includes litigation of civil and regulatory environmental claims. He defends clients from provincial offence and municipal by-law prosecutions. Robert also advises clients on the redevelopment of brownfields and environmental due diligence.
Both Nicole and Robert were articling students and summer law students at Willms & Shier.
