On Friday, October 21, 2022, The Law Society of Ontario will be hosting The Six-Minute Environmental Lawyer 2022 program.
The program is being held in-person and virtually from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
John Georgakopoulos is the Co-Chair of The Six-Minute Environmental Lawyer program. Marc McAree and Charles Birchall will be presenting.
Marc's presentation is titled: Working with Consultants: Drafting Consultant Retainers, Reviewing Consultant Terms and Conditions.
Charles presentation is titled: Discussion of Recent Appeal Court’s Ruling that the Impact Assessment Act is Unconstitutional.
