Congratulations to Celina Chan (University of Alberta), the winner of CAELS’ 2013 Environmental Law Writing Competition!

The Canadian Association of Environmental Law Societies (CAELS) is an exciting new networking project connecting environmental law students across the country.

Willms & Shier was pleased to sponsor this essay competition for JD or LLB candidates enrolled at a Canadian law school as of December 10, 2012 and JD or LLB students studying on exchange at a Canadian law school.  The essay had to present original research on any Canadian environmental law topic. Borh Juli Abouchar and Matt Gardner assessed the essay submissions.
