On May 27, 2017 Charles J. Birchall will be presenting at the CCLA 23rd Annual East Region Solicitors Conference.
The conference will be taking place at the Fairmont Chateau Montebello in Montebello, Quebec.
Charles presentation is titled: What Real Estate Solicitors Need to Know About Environmental Liabilities.
His presentation will outline the basic knowledge that real estate solicitors need to have about environmental liabilities and risks in order to properly advise their clients and to avoid professional liability claims.
