On Wednesday, October 3, 2018, The Law Society of Ontario will be hosting The Six-Minute Environmental Lawyer program.
The program is being held in Toronto at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Donna Shier, Marc McAree, and Matthew Gardner will be presenting. Donna is also the Chair of The Six-Minute Environmental Lawyer program.
Donna's presentation is titled: Appropriate Measure of Damages: Introduction to Topic and Fact Scenario.
Marc's presentation is titled: Huang Court of Appeal Decision on EPA Statutory Cause of Action and Tort Claims.
Matt's presentation is titled: Appropriate Measure of Damages Part 4: Clean to Risk Assessment Acceptance.
