On Thursday, October 19, 2017, Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP and Pinchin Ltd. will be hosting a joint breakfast seminar at the Pinchin Toronto Downtown Office from 8:45 am to 10:45 am.

The guest speakers are Julie Abouchar from Willms & Shier Environmental Lawyers LLP and Rosanna DiLabio from Pinchin Ltd.

Julie will review the current regulatory landscape, provide an update on enforcement activities and advice on how to handle a City inspection or investigation. Rosanna will provide case studies and share lessons learned that will outline the various aspects of the City of Toronto Sewer Use By-Law.
