Selected Recent Projects

  • Acted for northern tribunals conducting impact assessments under the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act
  • Advised a First Nation about the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act process and in negotiating and drafting a Memorandum of Understanding with a mining proponent regarding its exploration activities
  • Appeared before the Nunavut Impact Review Board on behalf of mining developers and Inuit organizations
